Alia is a MN-based national nonprofit with a vision of building new ways of work in child and family services so that all children are thriving within their families and communities. We equip and transform systems to create conditions for children and families to thrive.
Who you are at Alia is as important as what you do at Alia. We are a small and connected group of people who rely on each other for learning, encouragement, truth-telling, and for a good laugh. Feeling connected as a team is so important to us, so we would love for our next hires to be located within a 6-hour drive from our office in St. Paul, MN. But we are open to other options for the right candidate.
We are builders at Team Alia and thrive in movement and possibility. We are a do-tank and often occupy the “yes, and” space between knowing and not knowing, reflection and action. With our team-of-teams style of work, you'll need the flexibility to lead projects and be a strong team member. If your dreamiest dream job is structured, linear, and task-oriented, this is likely not for you. Alia is committed to building an inclusive and diverse culture which we believe makes us stronger together.
All positions are full-time and include generous benefits. Other tangible and intangible, periodic and ongoing support are offered to you and reflect our deep commitment to the well-being and resilience of our team. We are best with rich and varied perspectives and build our team to reflect a diversity of experiences.
If this all sounds good and you want to improve the lives of kids and families through systems change, please apply! Send your resumé, letter of interest, and requirements to rachelle@aliainnovations.org
